My name is Todd Lazar and I am offering therapeutic massage; Ayurvedic consultations and treatments; along with, yoga and yoga therapy. I am a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute and the Universal Therapeutic Massage Institute both located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I have my massage licenses in New Mexico, the Virgin Islands, and North Carolina as well as national certification. I recently completed several months of advanced trainings in southern India in yoga, yoga therapy and deep Ayurvedic treatments collectively know as Panchakarma. I am also certified as a Reiki Master and have been teaching and practicing yoga and yoga therapy for 14 years.
